Jan 11, 2006 · I got my harbor freight winch plate today and im pretty impressed to be honest, its 1/4" plate, i was expecting 3/16". im gonna weld it to my bumper and just use the holes in it to mount the bumper, i do think ill add a couple gussets to it before i get a winch though pics tonight after its welded on. The others are all a crap shoot, but I'd feel better about a known good brand like Superwinch than a known crap chinese brand like Harbor Freight, especially when the Superwinch is $123 with no shipping or sales tax.
