After hearing about all the hype of Xi'an Famous Foods, I thought it would taste much better. The chili oil is the same throughout all the dishes. Very heavy on the oil component, not so much on the flavor or spice. The normal spice is doable, not too spicy. Stewed pork burger was on the saltier side.
