I don't have all the tolls memorized, but in general, expect to pay at least one way for anything that connects NYC to NJ (Holland, Lincoln, GWB), plus the Verrazano and the whitestone bridge. The lower Manhattan bridges are free (Brooklyn, Manhattan, Williamsburg) as is the 59th street bridge. Not sure about the triboro bridge.
