Almost all Devious Devices are invisible. All gloves, boots, corsets, chastity belts, cuffs etc. If it goes on your feet, body or hands, it is invisible. All head gear, collars, plugs, yokes and armbinders are visible though. The only help I have found is "run Bodyslide" but I have already done that, multiple times. OStim will not interact with devious devices. They don't work with each other, but they won't necessarily need with each other. The main trouble trying to run two frameworks would be if you need to run FNIS for the non-OStim framework. You can run FNIS and nemesis, but it seems tricky to get set up. 3.Run FNIS again and keep an eye for any warning.
