Set the shower pan aside and cut the drain hole in the floor. Disassemble the drain strainer for the new pan. It will have a gasket that goes on the top of the shower pan. A second gasket fits underneath the drain. Insert the strainer and screw tight the nut on the bottom. Use channel lock pliers to get the nut snug and sealed.
