Lutron diva wiring

I reviewed Lutron support documentation before posting here. I am in a new build home and had planned to install Lutron Diva smart switches but have run into some problems. I installed a smart switch in an upstairs bedroom and it has cut power to some switches in the master bathroom, and a light switch in another bedroom.
