Testing resulted in about 5000 units at the thunder gas station when set to very low. Ridiculous as the wiki says 500-800 units on NORMAL. Enough that it's not something you need to plan for unless you're planning on rebuilding an entire society running entirely off a 24/7 generator-powered electricity grid.
