Since you know the iridium spark plugs are marginal I suggest that you also replace them now, using the correct NGK or Denso plugs which will cost ~$12 each., Just states to make sure conditions are met for P3190 and P3191, meaning that they are not active. If neither are active, either out of fuel or the ecm. see attached. You do have to drop the tank for the pump.
