Novo 2 green light when charging

I've tried literally anything to fix this issue from disassembling the entire device and cleaning out every single crack and corner including the connector surface and pins. If anyone else is experiencing this problem I would like to know and if there are any solutions I would be really much appreciated. Thanks. :)
