Great expierience. Confused by the negative reviews, it was an excellent experience, cheaper then all of the other bookings and the online check in service was done well in advance. No hidden fees that aren't laid out at the beginning, boarding pass came at a good time, and was alerted of a delay well in advance.

The cancellation notice was very cleverly written, they claim the booking could not be completed, despite taking my money.
