I have a Lexus IS250 and had the same issue. Also after I filled the tank btw, but not sure that related. In any case, my check engine and Trac Off lights come on so tried removing the EFI fuse. There are actually two EFI fuses (EFI main and EFI no2) so tried with removal of both as well as one of each removed at the time.
