La Chua Trail in Paynes Prairie definitely does have a sign saying that you cannot bring your dog/pets, even if they are on a leash. If you were to bring a dog on a leash to La Chua, please excuse my bluntness, but you would look very stupid. Gators love to eat dogs and are known to go after them. The La Chua Trail location is loaded with gators.
