I've got multiple classes with open Water/Air Empowered Gem slots, but I've only ever gotten Fire gems from the ~3 boxes I've opened. I know they're obtainable from the Shadowy Market using Lunar Souls, but I don't THINK my 800 PR Neon Ninja could survive the DotM...
