Honda accord whining noise when accelerating

I just bought Accord 2017 EX-L a month ago. One day I was driving with radio off and I heard a whisteling noise when I accelerate. I hear it for about 2-3 secs and it goes away by itself. Is it because of CVT or something else? Thanks in advance.
