Fallout (well most games actually) made a mistake of granting "OP" variants for (underused) weapons while having not enough inspiration to make consistent uniques (Fixer god mode, Whistle garbage tier) Please correct if wrong, absolutely open to the idea that I'm off the mark, but also doubtful in my current state that I care.

Oh it's simple, in the profile box at the top just type "fallout 76" and it should find it as you type, select it and the green bar at the top should detect "fallout76.exe". Then in the main window scroll down to '2 - Sync and Refresh', then in the entry 'GSYNC - Application State' change it from 'Force off' to 'Allow'. Apply changes and start 76.
