It used to be 7 separate cap pools but they changed it a while ago to make it easier to sell stuff. ItsBri89 3 years ago #3., Vendor cap allowance is no longer tied to faction. Instead, all vendors have a shared pool of 1400 caps. This pool resets 20 hours from the first time you use a vendor.
