Operator specialties r6 not working

Hey. I just got back into rainbow, and found the operator specialties skin. I already owned all the ops, so I tried to claim the 10k renown for Lion, and he was claimed but I didn’t get the renown. I also didn’t get the castle or rook renown for those respective challenges. Any idea why?

Yeah im also confused by some of them cus I do what the challenge says and it doesn't count it, it's not specific enough or something.plus some of them are locked and they weren't before. Operator Specialties challenges not working? Question. I bought the game recently did the tutorial and saw there were challenges to unlock operators. However, they were all locked and said I had 0 to do until completed. I hopped into some games anyway and saw that there was no progress on any of the challenges.

EDIT: Just checked my emails - I logged a support ticket since I wasn't getting the final renown amounts for completing all 3 challenges for each operator and they have responded saying they are working on a fix. You don’t get the Renown when you click “Claim” it is automatically added to your balance at the end of the match.
