Philly looks like the apocalypse from the Will Smith film. But the town is trying super hard to keep it together. The food here is amazing on the menu, and pretty good in reality. Dishes are not consistent in quality from plate... to plate. But the service is so good and the ambiance on a weird point, it’s deserving a 4/5.
