With a high block build, the new crown of the pale king is damn awesome combined with a thousand teeth. Tempest shield is pretty nifty in such a setup as well. But it opens up a lot of questions that cant easily be tested: 1) does reflect benefit from leech, added damage, heralds, and anger? 2) does increased physical damage% affect reflect?
