Life is better with a dog. At Gimme Shelter Animal Rescue, we believe that every animal’s life is worth saving, regardless of breed, age, or medical condition. We are a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization based in The Hamptons, New York. Tax ID 45-4207332. We rely on donations and foster homes to continue saving lives.

In 2018 a group of animal lovers got together to form a special animal rescue. Every year millions of pets are surrendered to animal shelters and ultimately euthanized. In NY state alone, thousands of dogs and cats are neglected, abandoned, homeless and left in shelters. Seven was one of many pets abandoned by the only family he had ever known.Clinics accommodate 30--40 cats and dogs.
