Not quite sure what you mean. But yes, if you have even basic cheating tools like cheat engine can be seen by the game and initiate a ban. It doesn't even require you to actually try to inject anything, just having it running is enough. If you use them for singleplayer, make sure they are good and killed before you start up a game with anticheat.
