Basic training at fort sill

Basic training and AIT - Fort Sill, OK. So I leave for BCT at Fort Sill, OK in 6 days. I just want to know what it's like there. I've heard from a friend of mine that went there that it's somewhat laid back. I am in shape, so I'm not too worried about PT. I run, do a lot of weight lifting and do sit ups and push up everyday.
