That has nothing to do with an illegal downloaded game, and not anemone shouldn't brick your 3ds. Hopefully this is useful to anyone but I did download a custom theme once and it kept giving me arm11 and arm9 errors. It didn't brick but I did have to reinstall a lot of homebrew apps.
